For cafés and restaurants, of any size

The floor, the kitchen and the till — talking in real time.

Guests scan a QR code and order from their own phone. The ticket is on your kitchen screen before the waiter’s back at the pass. One system for tables, takeaway, delivery and billing — priced at ₹0.20 an order, nothing else.

No setup fee. No monthly minimum. You only ever pay for orders you actually get.

New café, and every order feels like a risk? We share it with you.

We don’t charge a flat fee for showing up. Our price is ₹0.20 per order, so on the slow weeks every new café has, what you owe us shrinks right along with your till. See exactly what that costs.

Everything, one system

Not a QR menu. A running café.

Ordering is the part guests see. Underneath it is the floor, the kitchen, delivery and the books — built to fit how a café actually works, not the other way round.

QR order-and-pay

Guests scan the sticker on their table, browse the menu on their own phone and order straight in. No app to download.

Realtime kitchen display

Every order lands on the pass the moment it's placed — from a guest's phone or a waiter's hand. Bump items, undo mistakes, nothing shouted across the room.

Floor, counter and takeaway

Tables, a counter lane for takeaway and eat-in-without-a-table, and settling the bill however your café already takes money — cash, card machine or UPI.

Your own delivery riders

Dispatch, a rider's own screen for their jobs, and a cash-on-delivery cashup that always says who owed what and what actually came back.

Reports and P&L

Revenue against spend on one screen, so a slow Tuesday shows up before it becomes a slow month.

Built for more than one café

Running a single place today and a second one later both work the same way — head office, branches and one view of takings across them.

Prints on paper you already own

58mm or 80mm rolls, A4, A5, or no printer at all. Kitchen tickets carry no prices — nobody cooks a price.

Bills that hold up

A gapless invoice series per financial year, and every past bill still shows exactly what was charged even after you change a price.

One visit, start to finish

How a table actually turns over

The same sequence a café already runs — this just gets everyone looking at the same tab at the same time.

01

Guest scans, orders

The first phone to scan a table claims it and can order; later phones at the same table follow the tab. A waiter can seat the table instead — either way, the tab is the same one.

02

Kitchen sees it instantly

The order reaches the pass in realtime, whether it came from a phone or was rung in from the floor. Alcohol from a phone waits for staff to confirm; the same drink rung in by a waiter doesn't.

03

Kitchen bumps, guest follows along

Status updates flow back to the guest's phone as items are bumped, so nobody has to ask "is it coming?"

04

Settle, and the table's free

A waiter takes payment however your café already takes it. Closing the tab frees the table for the next party — same printed code, clean tab.

What a real month looks like

This is the risk-sharing part, worked out in rupees: a new café’s bill moves with its own till, not against it.

Orders that monthYou pay
0 orders₹0
50 orders₹10
200 orders₹40
1,000 orders₹200
5,000 orders₹1,000

A quiet first month costs next to nothing. A busy one means you’re doing well enough that ₹0.20 an order was never going to be the thing that mattered. Full billing terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

How it's built

Built around how a café actually runs

Details that only matter the day you need them — which is exactly when a café can least afford software that doesn't hold up.

A standing order can become a table

The juice somebody ordered because nothing was free stays one tab when a table opens up — no reordering, no second bill.

Riders are real accounts, not tokens

Cash-on-delivery money has a name attached. A cashup always says what a rider owed, what they counted out, and the difference.

A reprint can't hide as a second charge

Bills and kitchen tickets are stamped when printed again, so nobody's guessing whether a dish was cooked twice.

Prices can change without rewriting history

Order lines and bills snapshot what was charged at the time. Reprice your menu next year and last year's bills still say what they said.

Questions

Before you ask

What if I barely get any orders this month?

Then you barely pay anything. The fee is ₹0.20 per order and nothing else — no subscription, no monthly minimum, no idle charge ticking over on a quiet month. Forty orders all month is ₹8. That's the whole point: your cost follows your till, not the calendar.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee and no lock-in. You can stop using CafeStat whenever you like — see the Terms for the detail, but there's nothing to cancel out of because there's nothing you were locked into.

How am I actually billed?

At the end of the month we total that café's orders, multiply by ₹0.20, and send you an invoice. Right now that's paid manually by bank transfer or UPI — we're a small, early product and haven't built automatic billing yet, and we'd rather say that plainly than promise a flow that isn't live.

Do I need to buy a POS terminal or special hardware?

No. Guests use the phone already in their pocket. Your staff need one screen for the floor and one for the kitchen — a tablet, an old laptop, whatever you've already got works. Printing is optional and uses whatever printer you already own, including none at all.

Do guests need to install anything?

No app, no account. They scan the table's QR sticker, it opens a page in their own browser, and that page is all it can do — order for that table.

Who owns the menu, sales and customer data?

You do. It's your café's data, kept so you can run your café — not sold, not used to advertise to your guests. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Can I run more than one café on this?

Yes. A single café works from day one, and if you open a second one later, head office and cross-branch reporting are already there waiting.

Does it need the internet?

Yes — ordering, the kitchen display and realtime status all depend on a connection. It's built to run on ordinary café wifi or a phone hotspot, not a dedicated line.
